With a rich history of over 10 years, WMCC has established itself as the official voice for chefs in Asia, with a membership strength of over 800 individual members and 10 corporate members. Our mission is to educate, nurture, and promote the culinary arts, while providing a platform for Asian culinarians to network and exchange ideas.

To further expand WMCC's influence, improve its infrastructure, and take its educational and social activities to the next level and to achieve the following goals:

  2. Expand Educational Programs:Establish a culinary school with online and offline courses, workshops, and masterclasses, led by renowned chefs and industry experts;
  3. Strengthen Industry Partnerships:Foster relationships with food suppliers, partners, and industry stakeholders to provide exclusive benefits to WMCC members;

IBF was the official organization appointed by French Blue Ribbon to give recognition to successful entrepreneurs and professionals in the F&B industry the - French Blue Ribbon Awards which is recognized as one of the highest recognition awards given to Food Connoisseur, Chefs & F&B Entrepreneurs. Since then, IBF have awarded 100+ professionals from 10 countries in Asia.
