Objective:
The International Business Federation aims to create a unique platform for various business organizations across Asia to showcase their professionality and excellence through a Beauty Queen Pageant. The purpose of this event is to empower and recognize talented women from different trade and industries, crowning them as ambassadors to represent their respective companies or organizations.
Concept:
The Business Queen Pageant will bring together professional women from diverse industries across Asia, celebrating their beauty, intelligence, and entrepreneurial spirit. Each trade and industry will have a representative from various countries, competing for the coveted title of Business Queen.
Eligibility:
* Age: 21-35 years old
* Nationality: Must be a citizen of an Asian country
* Occupation: Must be a working professional or entrepreneur from a recognized business organization
Competition Criteria:
* Beauty and Grooming (30%): Evaluating the contestant's physical appearance, poise, and confidence
* Business Acumen (40%): Assessing the contestant's knowledge, skills, and experience in their respective industry
* Communication and Presentation (30%): Evaluating the contestant's ability to communicate effectively, think on their feet, and present themselves professionally
Pageant Structure:
* Opening Ceremony: Introduction of contestants, cultural performances, and a welcome address by the International Business Federation
* Business Presentation (e.g., elevator pitch, product showcase, or service demonstration)
* Q&A session on current business trends and industry-specific topics
* Top 5 contestants will participate in a panel discussion on a pressing business issue or industry-specific challenge
* Crowning Ceremony: Announcement of the Business Queen winner and runner-ups
