

The "Flavors of an International Gourmet Awards 2024" to recognize outstanding international cuisine in Singapore:
Objective:
To celebrate Singapore's rich culinary diversity by recognizing and rewarding excellence in international cuisine, particularly in restaurants that showcase passionate chefs who pride themselves on serving authentic, signature dishes that represent their country's culture and heritage.
Categories:
1.Best International Restaurant of the Year (Individual Awards for each country/region represented)
2.Chef of the Year (outstanding chef for each country/region represented)
3.Signature Dish of the Year (recognition for the top 3 signature dishes across all categories)
Eligibility Criteria:
* Restaurants must be located in Singapore
* Must serve a signature dish (or dishes) that represents a specific country's culture and heritage
* Chefs must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in cooking international cuisine
* Restaurants must have a minimum of 3-star rating on popular review platforms (e.g. Michelin, TripAdvisor, etc.)
Judging Criteria:
1.Taste and presentation of the signature dish(es)
2.Authenticity and accuracy in representing the country's culture and heritage
3.Quality of ingredients and cooking techniques used
4.Service excellence and overall dining experience
5.Menu innovation and creativity
Selection Process:
1.Online nominations and self-submissions from restaurants and chefs
2.Shortlisting by a panel of food critics, culinary experts, and local celebrities
3.On-site inspections and taste testing by a mystery judging panel
4.Winner announcement at an award ceremony
Prizes and Recognition:
* Winners will receive a trophy and certificate
* A special Royal Chef award will be given by the Royalty from Malaysia to be nominated by IBF
* Featured article and interview in a prominent food media/website
* Exclusive invitation to participate in a gastronomic food festival in Singapore
* A special award for the "People's Choice" winner, voted by the public through an online poll
Timeline:
* Nominations open: 1st September 2024
* Nominations close: 15th October 2024
* Winner announcement: 11th November 2024
Organizing Committee:
The Flavors of the International Awards 2024 will be organized by a committee comprising representatives from International Business Federation, IBF World Master Chef Club, and prominent food critics and culinary experts.

We will collaborate with local and international food brands, culinary schools, and hospitality organizations to promote the awards and provide additional resources and support to the winners.
